Standard Return Policy (For Non-Custom Products):

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, please see our return guidelines below:

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at depanneur@themain.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in your initial return request email. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Custom-Made Products (Custom-Framed Prints):

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-framed prints, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please refer to the 'Damaged Items' section below for instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged Items:

If you receive any item—custom or non-custom—that is damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to depanneur@themain.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  2. Review Process: We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, decide whether to replace or repair the item. This process may take up to 30 business days.

  3. Resolution: For damaged non-custom items, we will provide a replacement or refund. For custom-framed prints, we may offer a replacement or repair depending on the extent of the damage and our current production capacity.
