This exquisite coffee, cultivated by the skilled Edwin Noreña at Finca Campo Hermoso, is a testament to the region's rich volcanic loam and ideal altitude. The Yellow Bourbon and Yellow Caturra varieties are meticulously processed through a unique two-step fermentation, including a carbonic maceration and additional fermentation with yellow "must". This results in a distinctive cup profile, highlighted by vibrant notes of lime and ginger, and delicate floral hints of jasmine and honeysuckle. Grown at 1600 meters above sea level, this conventional coffee represents the innovation and dedication of local farmers.
