Mayor

Mayor is a result of our lab work. Every Wednesday we taste last week's production roasts. We saw a potential to push development for more sweetness in this Typica from Guatemala. The product team decided to work on two different roast profiles from the exact same coffee bean. After a few tests, we confirmed the potential to create two different products from the same beans.

This warmer roast version of Abuelos is so sweet it feels like dates were dropped into chocolate syrup.
