Produced by Claudia Samboni, this natural pink bourbon from Colombia is drunk like you would savor a dessert!
More specifically, it reminds me of a chocolate-raspberry cake, super rich, moist, melt in your mouth. It is excellent as a pour-over, but we have a real weakness for espresso extraction and milk-based mixtures.
It has as much a comforting side to conquer the hearts of lovers of more classic coffee as it does the more fruity notes typical of natural coffees.
